ゲームマスター (Game Master)
Girori is the former Game Master of the Desire Grand Prix, disguised as a concierge. He transforms into Kamen Rider Glare in order to forcefully eliminate Yukino Ace. Compared to the Kamen Riders in the Desire Grand Prix, Glare's specs are significantly higher than any of the DGP Desire Driver-using riders, being able to outpace and overpower PunkJack's Monster Form. He is also able to use his center chest piece named the Hypnolay to control the Riders, by having it forcefully replace the Riders' Crest Gears and latch onto their heads.
