As our store has just recently opened, affordable shipping are only found in popular countries like the US, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Due to that reason, shipping price can be quite high for your country due to the system's automated shipping fee generatior. SHIPPING
We try our very best to get you your apparel as quickly as possible while maintaining excellent quality. It takes us approximately 3-5 days to make your apparel and shipping is from 10-15 business days (varies for countries other than US, Canada, and UK). RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full/partial refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
*As Rinkitori is a new small clothing line by a fellow rider fan, any return or exchange will greatly affect our brand financially. Therefore, while we do value excellent customer service and meeting all our customers’ needs, please double-check sizes, designs, and materials before purchasing. We thank you for your support.
EXCHANGES
If you accidentally got the wrong size, no worries at all. Simply contact us within seven (7) days of the purchase day and we will provide you with the shipping label and replace the product free of charge. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
*All returns/exchanges are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (7) days of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If you received a damaged item, you have 7 days upon receiving to contact us for a refund. Please send us at least one (1) picture of the packing, at least one (1) picture of the damaged item, and at least one (1) picture of a close-up of the damage. We will proceed to reviewing your claim. Intentionally damaged or used items will not be subjected for an exchange or refund.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED?
Along with the above requirements, please note that we also do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Your Passion for Kamen Rider
- Preorder items
- Special Order Items: Special order items are custom-ordered and/or customized apparel/item.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Preorders are generally non-refundable, though some allowances can be made. Abandoned preorders forfeit their deposit. We unfortunately will not accept request for an exchange/return/refund due to accidentally buying an incorrect size, style, or feature.
Please note that cancellations can lead to current and future preorders being declined at our discretion. Please be aware that for special order items like custom-made apparels/items with customized names/numbers/sayings/logos are non-refundable. Non-refundable preorders are not eligible for refund and may be assessed additional shipping fees.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return an item, please reach out to our customer service at info@rinkitori.com. Make sure your place all items received (item, item packaging, etc.) into a secure packaging before mailing your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
1. Your passion for Kamen Rider.
