Asakura Takeshi (浅倉威) is an on-the-run murderer who transforms into Kamen Rider Ouja. Ouja fought only for the sake of fighting and was the first Rider to kill other Riders during the Riders War. Using the Unite Advent, Asakura created a new Mirror Monster, Genocider, using Raia and Gai decks.
