The timeline of Ohma Zi-O and this version of Sougo Tokiwa's journey mirrored that of his primary counterpart until the arrival of Geiz, Woz, and Tsukuyomi from the future. Unlike the main Sougo, Ohma Zi-O never experienced any moments of discouragement, eliminating the possibility of Geiz Revive's emergence. Eventually, Sougo Tokiwa acquired the Zi-O Ridewatch II, granting him additional abilities to manipulate time as he pleased. On April 7, 2019, Sougo transformed into Kamen Rider Ohma Zi-O from his original form during the events of Oma's Day. Utilizing this newfound power, he utilized the Dai Mazines to devastate the world, resulting in the eradication of at least 50% of the Earth's population, and initiated his dominion over the planet
