A tribute to the Meme God. This scene is an absolute icon of the entire Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. As a video game themed Kamen Rider, its reference to a classic video game that we all grew up with is a chef kiss moment. And the way Dan Kuruto pop out of the sewer tube every time he is reincarnated just keep getting more and more ludicrous with each reincarnation. My favorite was when he popped out of the wall in the Spider Man pose. Absolutely hilarious.
