One of my absolute favorite villains Kamen Rider in the NeoHeisei Era, under one of the best scenes in the Kamen Rider franchise (imo). The moment of Zone Memory Maximum Drive activation, teleporting all T2 Gaia Memories into Eternal is definitely a goosebump moment. I just love this scene so much that I had to create a design inspired by it, breaking the 4th wall with all the Memories flying into the center of the image. Eternal power is apparent and you could kinda hear his scream as he absorbs the massive amount of Gaia energy into himself.
