Having already created a separate collection for Kamen Rider W series, I wanted to try a completely different approach for this NeoHeisei line. When thinking of Phillip, the image of him accessing his Gaia Library Archives immediately comes to my mind, with the floating bookcases in an infinite space. When thinking of Shotaro, it has to be a half-boiled detective typing his cases on an antique typewriter, just to have a gust of Fuuto City wind blows the paper pile away. This design is a combination of the two, the two sides of Double!
