Hikari Natsumi is a young woman who works at the Hikari Photo Studio under her grandfather, Eijiro Hikari while traveling through the A.R. Worlds with Tsukasa. She transforms into Kamen Rider Kivala in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider W & Decade: Movie War 2010, hoping to save Tsukasa from his Violent Emotion form, not knowing that Tsukasa would gave up his life before her strike. It was also her who revived Tsukasa after developing a photo of him and filling in the blank areas within that photo through memories.
