Hareruya Win is a staff member of the Desire Grand Prix who transforms into Kamen Rider PunkJack. After being betrayed by Girori, he was forcefully brainwashed into a GM Rider. After the end of the final round, Win revealed his true identity as a punk rocker who is flirtatious and narcissistic, which is very much the opposite of his previously shown traits. When performing his tactical break, PunkJack unleashes multiple punches and kicks with his Monster Gloves and Big Boots while surrounded by stars toward the enemy.
