The black-colored Kamen Rider cards contain the power of each of the Primary Riders in the series, and are primarily used by Decade for his transformations into the Riders' main forms, though they can also be used by Diend to summon the respective Rider represented on the card as well. Originally, Tsukasa only had Decade's KamenRide card, along with those of the first nine Heisei Riders. After Decade comes to terms with his role as the Destroyer of Worlds, he is able to obtain more KamenRide cards from defeating the Riders themselves.
