十三魔族 (Thirteen Demon Races)
The 13 Demon Races are thirteen races of monsters in Kamen Rider Kiva that are based either off of classic horror film monsters or monsters from various mythologies. The members of the Demon Races that have appeared on-screen are the Fangire, Human, Kivat, Doran, Wolfen, Mermen, Franken, and Legendorga races, with five remaining Demon Races that have not appeared. Each race has different characteristics, but they all require the life energy of living beings as sustenance. Among some races, cross-breeding is shown to be a definite possibility, with Wataru Kurenai himself being a hybrid between humanity and the Fangires.
